Steps to Follow

Step 1️⃣ - Connect Account

  • Vendor Account Connection Process
    Click here if you are a new or existing customer trying to connect your Vendor Account to Perpetua.

  • Seller Account Connection Process
    Click here if you are a new or existing customer trying to connect your Seller Account to Perpetua.

Step 2️⃣ (Good to Have!) - Grant Perpetua Advertising Console Access

  • Login to the Amazon Advertising Console

  • Click on the settings icon in the bottom left corner and select "Access and settings".

  • Under your Account name, copy and paste the "Account ID" and send it to the support team, or Data Strategist, requesting access to your account

  • Wait for a response from the Perpetua Team (via email or chat support).

Step 3️⃣ Accept Access from Perpetua's Account Manager

  • Log into your Advertising Console.

  • Click on the settings icon in the bottom left corner and select "Access and settings".

  • Select "Manager Accounts" from the menu on the left side.

  • Find the Pending Manager Account Request for Perpetua and select ‘Approve’ under the ‘Actions’ column.
