Understanding how to pause certain campaigns within a Sponsored Products goal

Introduction

When you launch a goal in Perpetua, you will have anywhere from 3-6 campaigns launched in the Amazon Ad Console (Learn more about SP Goals Structure by reading this article.

If you'd like to pause any of these campaigns, you can do so from various dashboards within the app, or by using a CSV file for bulk upload.


From the Campaigns Tab

1️⃣ After clicking on a Sponsored Products goal, click on the Campaigns tab in the table below. Once you've found your desired campaign, click the Campaign Toggle and set it to the OFF position to pause your campaign.

🚨 Note 🚨
Attempting to pause the last active campaign of a segment may result in an error.


It is recommended to pause the entire segment the campaign belongs to instead.
Example:

2️⃣ To enable a paused campaign, click the Campaign Toggle so that it's set to ON.

3️⃣ Click on the "Save Changes" purple button to confirm the edit.


From the Advanced Goal Settings

1️⃣ After clicking into your Sponsored Products goal, click the Advanced button in your goal configuration panel.

2️⃣ In the pop-up that appears, click the Campaign Management tab. From here, can toggle any campaigns ON or OFF. Once you've made your desired changes, press Update .

3️⃣ Don't forget to Save Changes to keep edits saved.
