Only Account Owners will be able to change the payment method.
Click on Team Management once you are on the Account Settings page to find out who the Owner is. If you are not the Owner but think you should be the Owner, please reach out to us on chat support to request an update. One of our teammates will make this change on our systems.
1️⃣ Access to the "Account Settings" of your account
2️⃣ Navigate to the "Billing Tab" within it (1) and click on the ✏️ icon beside "Payment Method" (2).
3️⃣ Click on the 3 dots beside your current billing profile (1) and select "Edit Profile" (2):
4️⃣ Enter your new details into the "Billing Profiles" modal showing up. Here you can update details such as your Name, Billing Address and Credit Card. Save your details by clicking on the purple "Save Billing Profile" button.
