How to add a payment method
Click on your account name at the top left corner
Click on the gear icon for ⚙️Settings.
3. Click Billing.
4. Click Upgrade.
5. Click Upgrade again. If you do not see a cost on the page, please reach out to your sales representative. They will input the correct pricing plan on our systems. If you attempt to enter your payment information in step 6 without a pricing plan, you will encounter an error and our systems will fail to save your card.
6. Enter your payment method, and click Save Card Information.
How to change the credit card
Click on your account name at the top left corner
Click on the gear icon for ⚙️Settings.

4. Click the pencil icon ✎ next to your Payment Method
Note: Only account owners will be able to change the payment method. Click on Team Management once you are on the Account Settings page to find out who the Owner is. If you are not the Owner but think you should be the Owner, please reach out to us on chat support to request an update. One of our teammates will make this change on our systems.
