How to Connect Your Account
Steps for new Perpetua clients
Navigate to Perpetua.io and click 'Get Started'.
Verify your email address through the steps provided.
After you log into your new account, you'll be taken to the following page. Select 'Walmart'.
Steps for existing Perpetua clients
Once you log into your Perpetua user account, please select the existing account you wish to connect your Walmart advertising account to. You can do this by clicking on the account name at the top left corner of the navigation bar. From here, if you have multiple Perpetua accounts, you can select the one you'd wish to connect your Walmart account to.
NOTE: If you wish to create a new Perpetua account for the Walmart account, please click the "Add Account" button and follow the Walmart connection steps there!
Once you're on the correct Perpetua account you wish to connect to, please navigate to the left side of your screen where you will see the Walmart Marketplace logo.
Once you select the logo, you will be prompted to "Connect a Walmart Account".
After you have selected this option, you will need to complete a series of questions regarding your Walmart account.
These questions will include important information such as:
Your Walmart Seller/Supplier ID
All the brands that you represent
The last four digits of your Tax ID
You estimated monthly budget
If you are billing agency, provide: Agency Name, Accounts Payable Name, and Email. If you're a 3P seller, please provide your Seller Center Admin Name & Email.
What To Expect Once You Connect Your Account
You've completed the typeform, great! Now what?
1 Week Lag Time
Due to the fact that we must create a new Walmart Sponsored Products account that is directly linkable to Perpetua's API software, it will take approximately 1 week to get your account fully connected on Walmart's end.
We understand that this may be quite a long time to get your account up and running, but we ensure you that connecting your account is our top priority and we will reach out to you directly as soon as your account is connected.
I already have an existing Walmart Advertising Account
Although you already have an existing Walmart advertising, we will need to create a new API account for you. This new account will allow us to get access to your products, launch goals for you and continue to manage your Walmart advertising.
That being said, you may still access your existing Walmart account in the interim and continue to run your paid advertising through that. However, once your account has been fully connected onto Perpetua and have launched goals, we urge that you pause all your campaigns on that account.
If, for any reason you choose to unsubscribe from Perpetua, you can continue to use this existing Walmart advertising account.
