Introduction
While exploring your Perpetua dashboard, you may notice some numbers that don’t align exactly with data on your Amazon Advertising console. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
There is a 24-hour delay in pulling the data from the respective API for Amazon. This means that the data in the most recent 24 hours is not yet finalised.
If you'd like to see fresher data from today, you can always access this through your Amazon Seller Central/AMS.
💡 To activate today’s data, simply navigate to the “Stream” tab in your account. Doing so will trigger the display of today’s performance data on the Aggregated Performance graph within the Goal deep dive dashboard for your Sponsored Products goals.
Please note that data for Products, Targets, Campaigns, and Segments is not yet supported.
Factors to Consider
For Walmart:
Please note that there is currently a 48-hour data delay on your Walmart dashboard in Perpetua.
When you connect your Walmart account, we create a new API account. So you won't see the Perpetua campaign data in your original account, only in the Walmart API. More information on this can be found here.
