Introduction
While exploring your Perpetua dashboard, you may notice some numbers that don’t align exactly with data on Amazon Ads or Walmart Connect. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
There is a 48-hour delay in pulling the data from the respective API for both Amazon and Walmart. This means that the data in the most recent 2 days is not yet finalised.
If you'd like to see fresher data from today or the day before, you can always access this through your Amazon Seller Central/AMS, or through your Walmart Connect.

Factors to Consider
For Amazon:
Amazon's dashboard does not display data in real-time, and there is a delay in updating their display as well.
For Walmart:
When you connect your Walmart account, we create a new API account. So you won't see the Perpetua campaign data in your original account, only in the Walmart API. More information on this can be found here.
