Introduction

In some cases, users may encounter situations where they need to manually add products to Perpetua. This guide will walk you through a step-by-step flow to help you add products from different dashboards effectively.

Add Products From the Products Tab

1️⃣ Click on your "Sponsored Products" tab in the left-hand sidebar in your account (1). Navigate to the "Products" tab (2) and click the "+", Add ASINs, icon (3).

2️⃣ In the pop-up window, enter the ASIN(s) you want to add on the left-hand side one by one. Ensure not to leave any blank spaces at the end of your list, as this will generate an error (you can add up to 500 at one time).

Click "Next".

3️⃣ After confirming your ASINs, select "Yes, I'm Sure"

4️⃣ A message should appear indicating that the ASIN has been added successfully

When you look up the ASIN, you should now be able to find the product and add it to your goals.

Add Products From the Goal's Creation Flow

When launching your goals on Perpetua, you may notice that recently added products in your catalogue aren’t available for selection. To add these products:

1️⃣ Click on the "Add ASINs" (+) icon during the goal launch flow:

2️⃣In the next window, you can bulk upload the new ASINs and include them in the goal you are launching or editing. Ensure not to leave any blank spaces at the end of your list, as this will generate an error (you can add up to 500 at one time).

3️⃣ Confirm that the ASINs are associated with the account by clicking "Yes, I'm sure":
