For every graph displayed on your Perpetua dashboard, you can customize the metrics displayed in order to view and assess the metrics that matter the most to your business.

Steps on How To Customize Display Metrics:

  1. Head over to your desired graph in Perpetua. In this example, we'll be using the Aggregate Performance graph located in the Sponsored Products overview tab. This feature is available for all Aggregate Performance graphs including: Executive dashboard, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and Sales & Traffic tabs. Also while in the Goal deep-dive view!

Note: Metrics can differ from graph to graph.

  2. Please note that some Aggregate Performance graphs have a box above the graph in the upper right hand corner where you can choose from 3 different options for various types of advertisements to view. Options include: All Active Advertisements, Active Perpetua Advertisements, and Sponsored Advertisement Breakdown. Click on the one you want to be displayed in the graph.

  3. You can filter for Dates in the upper right corner of your screen to see data for different time periods in your graph.

  4. You can use the (X) icon beside each metric to de-select the metrics you wish to remove.

  5. And use the plus (+) icon to select the metrics from the pop up box you wish to add to the graph.

  6. Then choose any of the metrics not shown on the graph, these are in the 'Hidden' section as shown below.

*Note: You can choose to display a maximum of 4 metrics at a time in the graph. Once you have the 4 metrics you want to view, click the 'Apply' button to see chosen metrics be displayed in the graph.

  7. Metric definitions can be viewed by hovering over the '?' in each metric tile.
When you've selected the metrics you want displayed in the graph click on the "Apply" button in the bottom right corner.

  8. You can hover over the graph itself to see metrics from within a specific date in the timeline as shown below.

  9. Dates can be adjusted for your graph by clicking in the calendar/dates bar in the upper right corner of the screen. You can then choose from the options on the left side: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days etc., or choose a Custom Range at the bottom and use the calendars to select start date and end date. When your desired time frame is selected click the purple 'Confirm' button.

The takeaway: There are various options you can choose from in order to customize your graphs and metrics, so you can view different performance data. Go ahead play around with it, and have fun analyzing your data! 🤩
