The article applies to bulk actions for Single Campaign, Multi-Ad Group (MAG) Goals in Sponsored Products.

Listed below are the current actions you can perform on your Sponsored Products MAG goals using the bulk CSV file:

📗Supported Actions

  • Pausing or enabling the goals

  • Adding targets to ad groups

  • Adding negative matches to ad groups

📕Not Supported Actions

  • Adding/Removing ASINs from ad groups (Coming Soon)

  • Setting Min/Max bids (Coming Soon)

  • Invalid keyword target criteria

    • cannot be an auto keyword

      • "Auto - Loose match"

      • "Auto - Substitutes"

      • "Auto - Close match"

      • "Auto - Complements"

    • max keyword length is 80 chars

    • cannot be an asin

    • cannot have invalid characters (ie. dashes)

    • max 10 unique parts (ie words separated by whitespace)

Type of Information

Additional Instructions

A

Operation

Any rows where you're making a change must have Update included as the value in this column. If the field is left blank, Perpetua will ignore the changes made in the file when uploading into your account.

B

Company Name

The name of the account on Perpetua.

C

Type

  • MultiAdGroup - Goal level controls

  • MAG_AdGroup_MANUAL - Ad group level controls for keyword or PAT ad groups

  • MAG_AdGroup_AUTO - Ad group level controls for AUTO ad groups

D

Goal ID

Auto-populated with your goal ID.

E

Goal Title

The name of the Goal as it appears in Perpetua.

F

Ad Group Title

The name of the ad group

G

Status

  • Reflects the user-inputted state for the goal.

  • If the campaign is active, it will say Enabled, but if it's paused, it will say Paused.

  • Change the status accordingly depending on whether you want to pause or enable a goal.

H

Daily Budget($)

The current budget of the goal. This column can be changed to update the budget.

I

Target ACoS(%)

The current target ACoS of the goal. This column can be changed to update the target ACoS.

J-M

New Targets

Input values into the corresponding cells at the ad group level where you want to add targets.

Note: You can only add keyword targets to keyword ad groups and ASIN targets to PAT ad groups.

N-P

Negative Match

Input values into the corresponding cells at the ad group level where you want to add negative matches.

Note: You can only add negative keyword targets to keyword ad groups and negative ASIN targets to PAT ad groups.

Q-Z

Performance Metrics

  • Contain performance metrics for your goal like attributed sales, spend, ACoS, CVR, and more.

  • The timeframe of the data is controlled by the Performance Date Range field prior to downloading the CSV.

AA

Result

Shows the result of the change.

AB

Errors

Specifies types of errors that need resolution before upload.

AC

Warnings

Indicates warnings that need attention before upload.
