What Can I Do If My Campaign/Changes Have Been Rejected?

Walmart Sponsored Brands requires a manual review process when submitting a new campaign or making certain changes to an existing live campaign. The review usually takes about 24-48 hours before a rejection or approval status appears within Perpetua's app.

Walmart Sponsored Brands Review Statuses

Approved

  • When a campaign or an adjustment to a live campaign gets approved, the status will appear as the following. In this case there is no further action needed.

Rejected

  • When a campaign or an adjustment to a live campaign gets approved, the status will appear as the following:

  • Please click the "view details" tab to see what has actually been rejected. There are two main situations in a rejection situation.

  1. The entire campaign has been rejected. This is likely do the fact that there was something incorrect in terms of creatives and ad description - such as your logo, URL, headline or Brand Name.

  2. Certain aspects of your campaign have been rejected. Your campaign has still gone live, however certain keywords or items have been rejected within than campaign.

What Can I Do If My Campaign/Changes Have Been Rejected?

  1. The entire campaign has been rejected.

  • You must relaunch the campaign within Perpetua, ensuring that you have made all of the changes that were outlined in the review details.

  • The campaign will go through another review process and you will receive a new approval or rejection after 24-48 hours.

2. Certain aspects of your campaign have been rejected.

  • If certain keywords were rejected, please make sure that you are either adding new and more relevant keywords to your campaign or you allowing the campaign to run with the existing keywords.

  • If you add new keywords, the campaign will go through another review process and you will receive a new approval or rejection after 24-48 hours. Your current campaign will remain live during this time.
