If you would like to stop your Search Insights subscription, please follow the steps below.
Send us a request by writing to our team through our in-app chat support messenger. The message should contain the following information:
Account name
Reason for cancellation
Optional: Feedback (if any)
Our team will respond to let you know that we have received your request.
Our team will process this request for you and confirm that all future payments will stop once the cancellation process is complete. Please note that you will lose access to this tab once we complete the cancellation procedure on our end.
