Introduction

For any Sponsored Products Targets or Search Terms tables within your Perpetua dashboard, you can add filters to easily narrow down the list and quickly identify keywords, product targets, and search terms that matter to you the most.

You can filter lists specifically by:

  • Match Types - the type of target/search term (e.g. Match types, User-added, Negative matches etc.)

  • Status- Paused or Enabled

  • Performance- performance metrics of those targets/search terms (e.g. ACOS greater than 30%, Impressions below 1000, etc.)

🚨 Note 🚨
The "Search Terms" tab within the goal supports the "Performance" filter only.

Factors to Consider

  • You can add as many filters as you'd like in a single session! However, only one Match Type filter can be applied at a time.

  • Applied filters will continue to persist even after refreshing the window or logging out. You must delete filters manually to successfully remove them. Find out how to save filters here.

Apply-Filter Guide

1️⃣ Go to the "Sponsored Products" tab from the left side panel of your account (1), access the goal you wish to review and head over to any "Targets" (2a) or "Search Terms" (2b) tab within it.

Click on "Add Filters" (3).

2️⃣Filter by Match Type

  • Choose to filter by Match Types.

  • Select the Match Type you'd like to filter by.

  • Then hit the Apply button to add the filter to your table.

3️⃣ Filter by Status

  1. Choose to filter by Status.

  2. Select the Status you'd like to filter by.

  3. Click the Apply button to add the filter to your table.

4️⃣ Filter by Performance

  • Choose to filter by Performance.

  • Select the Performance metric you'd like to filter by.

  • Enter a Rule and a Value.

  • Click the Apply button to add the filter to your table.

5️⃣ When filters have been applied successfully, you will see the filters appear beside the "Filters" row, and the table should be updated accordingly.

6️⃣ Remove/Clear Filters

  • If you'd like to remove a single filter, just click the X icon beside the filter (1).

  • If you'd like to clear all filters, click Clear All (2).

7️⃣ Save a Filter

If there’s a specific filter you’d like to access or apply frequently, you can save it for easy access, allowing you to quickly apply it in the future without having to repeat the entire process each time.

  • Once you applied the desired filters, click "Save".

  • To access a saved filter, click the down arrow next to the "Add Filter" button (1). A list of your saved filters will appear (2), allowing you to quickly select and apply the desired filter. Clicking on the three dots beside the saved filter will provide you with the opportunity to "Rename" or "Delete" (3).
