Here are ways to troubleshoot when you're having trouble signing into your Perpetua account:
Make sure you are not logging in with your Ad School credentials unless your email and password are the exact same for both (the two have separate logins).
Turn off any extensions on your browser that blocks ads and put our URL in the whitelist.
Clear cookies + cache.
Try closing the current window and opening a new one.
Restart your computer.
Try logging in while in Incognito mode, or use a different browser.
If you are using Google Chrome, make sure you have enabled Insecure Content in your browser settings.
Make sure that your firewall does not restrict Perpetua. You may need to contact your company's IT department, or go into your computer settings to change the settings. This is common if you are in China or the Philippines.
