Introduction
Are you wondering whether your account is on track to meet your monthly budget? Perpetua has you covered! We understand that advertisers often have strict budgets per account or portfolio of products. Our Monthly Budget Tracker allows users to visualize how the account is trending towards a monthly budget. What would this involve?
Ability to set a budget goal for the account
Visualize the spend projection on a graph
See alerts - are you projected to spend below or above your monthly budget?
Here's what this would look like:
Metric Review:
Total Spend: The amount of budget that has been utilized from your Sponsored Ads for the selected month.
Projected Spend: Estimated spending for the entire budget period using historical 2-day and 7-day data. This is reflected as a red block along the grey bar tracking your monthly spend
Suggested Action: Provides guidance by recommending edits suggested by Perpetua to help you reach the spending target you've set.

The budget will reset at the beginning of each month, and the spend data will only include goals for Sponsored Ads.
How to Use
1️⃣ Go to "Account Overview". Click the purple "Set a Budget" button.
2️⃣ In the pop-up, flip the switch beside the month, and enter your budget amount. Then click "Update Budget".
3️⃣ The Account Overview tab will generate the Monthly Budget Tracker according to the values you applied.

4️⃣ To collapse the tracker, click on the "Hide Details" down-pointing arrow.
5️⃣ If you want to change the budget you set, click ⚙️ icon and edit the values you entered previously.
