Uploading your brand image logo for Sponsored Brands product collection goals

When setting up your product collection on our app, we've found that meeting the following requirements tends to prevent technical issues:

  • Use a 400x400 or 500x500 pixel image

  • Use .jpeg file type

  • The brand name and logo image must also be a true brand logo.

  • KDP accounts will not be able to upload an image because we currently do not support the management of SB campaigns on Perpetua.

🚨Note: You cannot create custom image goals on Perpetua because of Amazon's API limitation. Set up the ad with a custom image on Amazon and import it to Perpetua for optimization. We can still optimize it even though you will not be able to preview the custom image on our platform.
