When connecting an Amazon seller account to Perpetua, you need to connect two separate accounts:

  • AAA (Amazon Advertising API)
  • MWS (Marketplace Web Service)

If you successfully connect your AAA account, but do not complete the process of connecting your MWS account then the whole process will fail and you'll need to start again. 

If your Amazon account is not fully connected you'll see a message like this:

After successfully connecting both accounts, it can take up to 90 minutes for your data to sync in Perpetua. When the data sync is complete, you will receive an email or push notification. While your data is syncing you'll see a message like this:
